首先，要注意食品卫生和食品质量安全，这是店内管理工作的重要环节。

第八、服务。西餐加盟店中服务也是重要一关，包括店内卫生、服务态度、店员的精神面貌等，都是给顾客留下好坏印象的重要因素。
